Couse Fee and Payment

👉 Course Fee: 3000 SEK (Student price 2300 SEK)

👉 If you are a student you need to demonstrate that you are enrolled at a school or university during this year.

👉 You are not enrolled until the payment has been received.

👉 Payments can be done through Swish, Bank Transfer, Bankgiro and you can also use Klarna and pay in 30 days or in parts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

– Cancellation up to 14 days before the start date: Full refund, minus a small administrative fee of 150 SEK to cover transaction and booking costs.

– Cancellation less than 14 days before the start date: No refund will be issued, as spots are limited and late cancellations prevent others from attending.

– Transferring your spot: If you are unable to attend, you can freely transfer your spot to another person at no extra cost. You just need to notify us via email with the replacement person’s name and contact details at least 24 hours before the course begins.

– Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Swedish e-commerce and consumer laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase date. However, by completing this booking for a course starting within 14 days, you acknowledge and agree that this right no longer applies once the course/service has commenced.

Code of Conduct & Participation Guidelines

✔️ Respectful Environment: We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all participants. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or disrespect toward the instructor or other attendees will not be tolerated.

✔️ Right to Refuse or Dismiss: We reserve the right to remove any participant from the course without a refund if their behavior violates these guidelines or disrupts the learning environment.

✔️ Acceptance of Rules: By registering for this course, you agree to follow these community guidelines and respect the space and everyone in it.

Studio Rules and Equipment Guidelines

🎶 Care of Equipment: The studio contains professional and high-value equipment. Participants are strictly prohibited from handling, patching, or moving gear unless explicitly instructed and supervised by the instructor.

🎶 Liability for Damages: Participants are financially responsible for any intentional damage, gross negligence, or accidents caused by failure to follow safety and handling instructions regarding the studio equipment and facilities.

🎶 Food and Drinks: To protect sensitive gear, food and open drinks are strictly prohibited in the main studio/control room areas (only closed water bottles are allowed in designated spots).

🎶 Right to Dismiss: Any behavior that puts the equipment or other participants at risk will result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.
